Gold and Chocolate Bicolour Tourmaline Ring

This stunning clear Emerald Cut Bicolour Tourmaline was expertly recut by Doug Menadue of Bespoke Gems. This ring had such a journey, and makes me so grateful for incredibly kind and patient clients like these. A classic Hybrid Ring, the design features gems lined up in the classic ‘halo’ style on the one side, and then flare out on the other side in the ‘party’ side of things. The colours of the accompanying gemstones compliments the gradient of the centre stone. The slender Tourmaline sits horizontally accross the finger.

The deep sunset tones of the Tourmaline lent itself to these gorgeous Golden Yellow Sapphires that I managed to find, and I chose Cognac Diamonds for the darker end, sprinkled in my signature A-symmetric Cluster Style. The Golden end of the Tourmaline is nestled in warm Yellow Gold, whilst the Chocolate side is encased in cool White Gold, that is Black Rhodium Plated.
