Custom Orders
Because custom pieces are made specifically to your requirements, all custom work is non-refundable.
This includes any order that has been personalised, tailored, commissioned, or made to your requested specifications.
Please ensure all details provided at the time of ordering are correct, as we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind on custom work.
Alterations to Custom Work
While custom orders cannot be refunded, alterations may be available for an additional fee.
If you would like changes made to your custom item after completion, please contact us and we will let you know:
- whether the alteration is possible
- the cost involved
- the expected turnaround time
Alteration fees will vary depending on the scope of the changes requested.
Non-Custom Items
For non-custom, ready-made items, returns or refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible:
- the item must be unused and in its original condition
- you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order
- return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Where appropriate, we will offer:
- a repair
- a replacement
- or a refund
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on custom orders.
For non-custom items, change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion, provided the item is returned in original condition.

Order Processing
Ready-made items are dispatched within 7 days, while custom orders and resized pieces are shipped once completed.
Because each custom piece is made individually, production and dispatch times may vary. Estimated timeframes will be provided where applicable.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its journey.
International Deliveries
International orders are shipped via FedEx. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Domestic Deliveries
Domestic orders are sent via FedEx (TNT), with delivery times depending on your location.
Important Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect details.
If your parcel arrives damaged or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Insurance
Where available, orders may be shipped with insurance cover through the courier.
Additional insurance can also be arranged for high-value shipments on request and at an additional cost.
If a parcel is lost or stolen in transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist with the appropriate enquiry process through the shipping provider.
Any claim for loss or theft remains subject to the courier’s assessment and approval.
